FAQ / Participation Terms and Conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠Participation Requirements:

• The author must be the original creator of the work and ensure they hold the exclusive copyright to it.
• The work must be submitted in *1080 x 1080 px, with **150 dpi, in *JPEG or PNG format.
• The author must follow the zine’s Instagram, as this is where the participation and works will be promoted.
• By submitting the work, the author confirms they are the sole holder of the rights to the content and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined here.

2.⁠ ⁠Use and Publication of the Work:

• The work will be published digitally only in PDF format, accessible through the zine’s platform.
• The work will not be printed or distributed physically.
• The author grants the rights for promotional use of the work, including for publication in *blogs, **print media, *websites, and the zine’s official social media channels.
• The author retains the copyright of their work and may promote their participation, including on their own social media.
• *In the case of interviews, the author may share content from the interview, *as long as they do not break the exclusivity of the zine. This means they cannot disclose the entire zine or any exclusive content outside of the official channels without express permission from Fresta – Visual Culture Unfold.
• The author may promote the website and official channels to highlight their participation.

3.⁠ ⁠Violation of Terms:

• *Any violation of the terms, such as unauthorized distribution of the work or the zine, will result in the **removal of the work, *exclusion of the author from future editions, and legal action as necessary.

4.⁠ ⁠Confirmation and Acceptance:

• By submitting the work, the author automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined here, including the rights for promotion and usage restrictions.
