Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping is free for orders over €50 within Europe and over €80 for international deliveries. For detailed shipping rates, please check our shipping policy at checkout.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
At Fresta.ink, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for artwork unless there is damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please follow the protocol outlined below:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged item.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage (including packaging and artwork).
- We will review the case and process a refund or replacement, as necessary.
Please note that any requests made after 14 days of receiving the product cannot be processed.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed quickly. We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been shipped. Please double-check your order before confirming.
What types of artwork do you sell?
We offer a diverse range of artworks, including micro publications, zines, serigraphy prints, linoleum prints, risography prints, and more. All our pieces are created by independent and emergent artists from around the world.
Do you offer limited edition prints?
Yes! Many of the prints available on our site are part of limited-edition series, ensuring that you own a unique piece of art.

Can I visit your physical location?
Yes, you can visit our kiosk located at Avenida Dom Carlos I, Lisbon, from Monday to Saturday, 13h – 18h. We’d love to have you explore our collection in person!
Are the artworks framed?
Unless otherwise stated, the artworks are sold unframed. This allows you to choose the perfect frame for your space. We recommend selecting a frame that complements the print’s size and style for the best presentation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier’s website.
What should I do if my order is lost or delayed in transit?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your artwork is delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards. You can also check for any alternative payment methods available at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure the address is correct at checkout, but if you notice an error before shipping, contact us immediately, and we will try to update it for you.
